Queen Emma Summer Palace was the summer retreat for Queen Emma, her husband King Kamehameha IV and their son Prince Albert Edward. Built in 1848, the charming Hawaiian-Victorian home is preserved as a historic landmark and museum, showcasing their furniture, personal possessions and other memorabilia from that era.
