THAI CHEF RESTAURANT
Maui’s only multi-award winning Thai restaurant has been family owned and operated since 1990. Thai Chef offers a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes, ranging from the sweet to spicy, using fresh garden herbs and oriental spices. Try the fresh Thai Spring Rolls followed by a Thai Red Curry or Peanut Sauce with Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, or Fish. Vegetarians can choose selections such as Ginger Coconut Soup or Sweet and Sour Vegetables. Lunch served Monday–Friday; dinner nightly. Thai Chef is in Old Lahaina Center. Call (808) 667-2814. $
