GENKI SUSHI - Kauai
Voted “Hawai‘i’s Best” in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and MidWeek’s 2007 “Best Sushi” category, Genki Sushi’s first neighbor island restaurant offers the ever popular “Spicy Tuna,” in either “Temaki” style (hand roll) or “Gunkan” style (two pieces), a wide selection of sushi and other favorites. RESTAURANT KIIBO
Owner Hiroshi Satta invites you to enjoy his delicious Japanese cuisine featuring shrimp or vegetable tempura, a variety of sushi, fresh sashimi, beef, chicken or pork teriyaki, and much more. Restaurant Kiibo is open Monday through Saturday for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 to 8:45 p.m. It's at 2991 'Umi St., across Rice Street from the County Building in Lihu'e. "SOUTH PACIFIC" DINNER SHOW
Come and enjoy one "enchanted evening"–an evening of dining and musical theatre featuring a full production of the Broadway musical "South Pacific." This Rodgers and Hammerstein hit won nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Score. The show features some of Kaua'i's finest performers singing such unforgettable songs as, "Some Enchanted Evening," "There's Nothing Like a Dame," and "Bali Hai." The dinner show includes a scrumptious buffet offering a wide array of meat and vegetarian dishes, salad and delicious desserts. One cocktail is included for each adult and a no-host bar is available for additional service. "South Pacific" is presented at the Kaua'i Beach Resort. WRANGLER'S STEAKHOUSE
